Today i'm going to watch monsters vs aliens and go to wagamama's later on for dinner with my friends for my early birthday celebrations. Aaa I can't wait. ;;

Back in my teeny tiny university room again~! The journey wasn't too perilous, though my exhaustion and a heavy suitcase didn't bode well to begin with. I also didn't write my Chase app or do tags on the train and instead overlevelled my pokemon on LeafGreen and kicked Brock's ass so hard that he wishes I didn't kick his ass so hard. BUT I got given coupons for free cookies which was pretty sweet :D I'm rather tired though. Even if my suitcase wasn't as heavy as it was last time its still a bitch to drag around London underground. Why are there so many staircases and not enough escalators? ESCALATORS ARE MY FRIENDS.

Also found out that the essay that was due for the 27th has been extended slightly till the 1st which is a slight relief. I also also found out that we could do either Problems with representation (eg how women are represented in animation) or stuff about realism. Since I've already started reading on realism I figure I should stick with that and I kind of wanted to do the Female in Animation for my dissertation 8( Oh well.

Oh god birthday weekend is looming too. Four birthdays in the space of four days. Its a good thing I've already gotten Hannah and Dad something. I just have to get otilu something. YOU ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO SHOP FOR. I kind of want to send you bath bombs and foot skin scrubbers for the most epic lols. And so you have something to put on that shelf that you cleared out that used to inhabit all those unwanted birthday bath kits you got. Har har har >:D

Note to self: Call Hannah and Dad on Friday to wish them happy birthday and get them a card, and stop staring at the birthday envelopes on the top of the fridge, you cant open them till Sunday >:c


I have also decided that August cannot come fast enough. want me some 356/2 days.

I'm back from that mini holiday with the rents, and its only proved to me just how out of place I feel whenever I go online anymore. Its like I'm an outsider now, looking in on groups I used to be part of or watching old friends leaving for newer ones. I guess I didn't realize how much it was actually hurting me that it took four days of not speaking or seeing anyone to notice.

I just feel that don't fit in anywhere anymore.

ignore me, its probably just a PHASE or something 8|a BLEH. BUT YEAH. Holiday was okay! We went to the beach and I flew a kite and pretended to be an otter for two hours by smashing shells on stones. Hell yes. Other than that we didn't really do much. I started a new game on leafgreen (charmander starter named Axel) but I only got to viridian forest before my battery died 8( I was hunting pikachu too 8(

On a slightly lighter note, I made dinner for my parents tonight since my mom needed a break. I made sushi at my fathers request as well as ginger chicken udon and chicken yakitori. It was really tasty and my mom was all OMG I AM SO PROUD THAT YOU CAN COOK AND NOW I KNOW YOU WONT STARVE. It made me laugh.

The cherry blossom in the garden is just starting to bloom too.. but I'm going to miss it by days I think. It usually blooms around my birthday week which is next week, and I'll be at uni for that. 8(

ALSO: I've had this weird thing for a few days now. Its like a sore throat, except theres no pain. Its just swollen - to the point that it feels like its closing up - and its really hard to breathe. I don't have a fever, a headache or any other ailments, just a swollen throat. Halp? D:

Nurrr okay so the internet at home is mocking me.

It keeps deciding it wants to die, and then I emo and wangst about it and go do something more constructive with my time, and then it switches back on. I think its telling me I should take a break from it.

That or it hates me.

Hnn what else. Getting my hair trimmed and bits bleached and dyed some point next week. My friend Ania came over and saw what the hairdresser did and was like I CANT HAVE YOU WALKING AROUND WITH THAT HAIR! And I was like I KNOW MAN. And she is gonna cut it for me and actually put some layers in like I asked the stupid hairdresser to, which she ignored. Rgh.
